I have skinny arms so I’d be okay at this, but my technique would be to move the brick to the hole and prop it up at an angle on the edge of the hole, and then pull my hand out and grab it from the outside and slide it out. I don’t know how well that would work but that’s what I came up with in the time allowed. If I take longer to think I may come up with a better solution.
