Poly Vee lathe pulleys

Based on my experience swapping over my drill press, I was asked to help swap a lathe over to poly vee belts. A slightly bigger profile (PK), these are used on cars a lot so are relatively common. We are hoping that this change will mean a lot less vibration in the lathe drive, so better surface finish

They fit and work perfectly. Have you considered making the drawing available?

If there is a demand for the drawing I can do something, but as it is specific to a particular model of lathe, it is probably of limited use. I hope that others will see this clip though and see that doing this sort of change is not as daunting as it first might seem and give it a go. From what you say, vibration has dropped more than 10 fold, and noise is right down too. Worth considering.
