Hey, brow! It was a good video. You talked about registering the hours of study and to be honest I'm doing it. It's good for me because I use this data to analyze the productivity of my studies. It helps me to plan my studies and goals as well. Today, I completed 450 hours since I started to learn English in 2023. I can communicate with people pretty well depending on the subject, conduct some meetings in my job, and read many things too. I am still trying to improve my writing skills and build more vocabulary. Thanks bro!

Hi everyone I am from Russia. I have been learning English for about three years. Mostly I am learning English by myself. I always enjoy when I learn English bad everyone wants to see all results because of people always ask you about time and how how long it will be it’s my own opinion. I’m sorry for many mistakes. I am practice English right now never give up guys. I’m sorry guys I forgot to tell you one very important thing. I moved it to the United States three years ago when I moved to the United States, I didn’t know English at all.

I can't agree with you more. While I was listening to your opinion, I was happy because that's my conclusion that I've got from my English journey. For the first year when I started studying English, I set a time goal like you said. I thought I could master English in four years if I really worked on it. And then two years later, I started getting stressed while studying English. It felt like time flew by so quickly, and I didn't feel like I could succeed with my goal for the rest of two years. I was really annoyed and frustrated. So, I tried to solve this problem, and thought about it over and over again. And finally, I made a decision. Like you said, I decided to enjoy the process. I realized that it's lifetime commitment. If I don't want my English to get rusty, I should keep studying until I die. So, I just do my daily English practice. Your video was amazing, and there were lots of expressions that I want to express myself. Thank you again.

Learning a language is not a sprint, It's a marathon =) But for me, it's the toughest part. Because I hate to spend my time on long projects. I have to see the result and feel the result. For example, I want to have access to native content: documentary, interview. And when I think about the time I need to spend to get this, it extremely demotivates me. I'm ready to spend six months of hard work, but not years.

U are so right Connor, i just talked with a german friend about loosing your native language and she told me she felt she was forguetting a lot of vocabulary during living abroad for 2 years and not talking in german at all!
