Lindie made a very good point about the difference between motivation and discipline. Discipline is the one that jumps in when the motivation decreases. As one who speaks and learns multiple languages as well I can tell that they are always some days that I am not in the mood to learn, because I am tired, too busy, etc. That's why the discipline is so crucial when you set your goals in the target language. Learning languages is a marathon. It simply takes time. Great video, girls!👏🏻😊

where do you meet friends that are native speakers of the language you're learning? do you go to those countries intentionally?

Depends on the language. Some like Turkish and Indonesian I don’t really find anyone in real life unlesss I go to the country. Other languages like Korean, I have a lot of Korean friends from when I was at school. But mostly when I practice it’s online

Fluently fluently that I can teach 8 (Korean, mandarin, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, English , Thai ) Idk about how many words I know
