How do you set up those arcade sticks? I dont think they come with an encoder that coverts it to usb

These are U360FS sticks which have a built in encoder. For the generic arcade flight sticks I previously used, I had a zero delay board hooked up to them.

I'm using Ultrastick 360FS's in this video. I've also used the generic arcade flight sticks that look the same. I'm not a huge fan of either for this application. I prefer these but they are much more expensive. I wish there was a better option.
