POLYMER CLAY CANE TUTORIAL: THE SEGMENTED PETAL CANE PT. 5

This polymer clay cane video is the 5th in my series on the segmented petal cane. However, this time, I take the fan folded skinner blend and the bullseye and create a new look using your tissue blade!! …So, I hope you take a moment and CHECK IT OUT!!
