That thought has not changed even now. Sometimes it's negative again. Every time that happens, I tell myself: Wake! lol

Pilates definitely seems like the right exercise for me. However, it takes courage for a man to do Pilates in Korea. haha I am still troubled. I am amazed that you have learned Tai Chi! thank you :) The next video is starfish. It's a cane I've tried many times! In Korea, Pilates is a more difficult exercise for men to start than yoga. Hahaha I'm still thinking about it. I want to learn boxing, but I'm hesitant because I'm old.

A little slow getting to you video between watching the snow outside and trying to stay warm, lol the body is moving much slower today. 😂😂 fun stuff for sure. I agree with you on your principles. on the other hand, neither should our way of being and of living be obscured. you have to listen to your heart and your mind and also look at what surrounds you and life becomes beautiful and rewarding. your creations are beautiful and watching you create these things does me a lot of good, calms me down too. advice do not trust others do the sport you like. don't worry about what slanderous or even jealous people may say or think. live your life your way

Hi clay zoo, thankyou for your words of wisdom whilst creating. Pilates is a wonderful exercise program, it helps with breathing, all your back muscles. Don't feel embarrassed, it was created by Joseph Pilates, for the men who were injured in war and was bed ridden for months on end. That is why the majority of exercises are all floor work. Hope that helps your embarrassment in your Pilates class

thank you :) I have an acquaintance who has recently fallen into negative thoughts, so I summarized those thoughts and put them in subtitles. That's the history of the development of Pilates! I didn't know. Sitting for long periods of time often strains the muscles. So I also learned yoga. I thought Pilates was also effective for a stiff body. Even so, it takes courage to start Pilates in Korea. ha ha ha

​@@clayzoo it is effective for stiffness, and often also for pain. It stretches the muscles and the tendons that attach our muscles to our bones. It can also build up muscle that has not been used for some time due to illness, immobility and a non active lifestyle. It can be painful when you start however, so if you do decide to take classes you should talk to your teacher first about any health problems you have/your past health history. Good luck whatever you decide.

Lovely flower cane! Have you ever tried paddle boarding or maybe kayaking? I found both during covid lock downs. Great workouts and very relaxing being in the water and enjoying nature.

What a beautiful design, I really like the use of translucent clay for the border and the colors are lovely. thank you :) Translucent clay is harder than normal clay, so I don't use it often. However, for flower cane, I think the prettiest way is to finish the background with translucent clay.

영상 잘보고 있습니다 저도 하나 만들어 볼려고 하는데 처음이라,,폴리머 클레이를 오븐에 굽지 않고 놔두면 갈라지거나 전혀 굳지 않나요? 오븐은 아직 없어서 어떻게 되는지 궁금하네요^^;

그냥 보관해도 갈라 지지는 않습니다. 다만 점점 딱딱해 져서 잘라서 사용하기 어려운 상태가 됩니다. 오븐이 없다면 박스에 결과물을 넣고 헤어드라이기로 10분정도 뜨거운 바람을 켜놓는 방법을 사용할 수 있습니다.

I’m sobbing. I was just expecting to see how to make a cane flower…I’m not gonna lie , I’m struggling. I’ve been doing the positive thinking, meditation, yoga thing a long time..some days, like today, I’m just fed up with the bs of the narrative… I’m tired of being strong, positive, the rational one.

They’re gorgeous they look like they’re been painted on, I’m sorry to hear about your aches and pains 😢 you can probably find some exercise classes on KZbin that you can follow along with in the privacy of your home or look-up an exercise apps on your phone they should have some personal trainers to help motivate you or some fitness classes, 😂I hope this helps, I’m praying for The Good Lords Grace and Mercy To Bless your body pain free and restore some normalcy and freedom to you and all that you love because He is all about Love if you Believe ✝️❤❤❤
