So that's how you make spaghetti.
@jenniferobiezu3532 жыл бұрын
This is not how to make spaghetti. This video shows us how we use our polymer granules/chips to make filament yarns ,which then can be processed into Fibres for making clothes and then into Fabrics for our use. There is what is called Filament and Spun yarns. Filament yarns are those yarns that are gotten from extrusion process. They are very long as we saw in the video. Spun yarns are those yarns that had undergone spinning process(blow room, carding, draw frame, ring frame).They are short because of this process.

in a nutshell....plastics and other recycled raw materials are melted in high heat. once liquified its pumped through an extruder, and sent through different molds with hundreds of holes in them. once sent through the molds. theyre rapidly cooled or (quenched) in their new form of string or fiber... or however you wanna label it... makes... rope, clothes, carseat covers and upholstrey. doll hair. all sorts of clothing...its pretty much everywhere!
