I had a guitar teacher who did this kind of stuff exclusively and made a book that he taught from that shows you how to do it with tabs and includes the theory of harmonizing with literal sliders you can arts-n-craft out of the book to see which notes work together. It obviously takes A LOT of work to do it like Marcin and Tim Henson, but it's actually pretty simple to get started once you understand the basic principles behind it.
