One thing I appreciate about this band--They set each other up to succeed. Scotty's solo at the end did such a beautiful job of preparing the song for Tim to knock it out of the park with a solo that compliments the bass intro. Just, so good.

This music is beautiful, especially the twin guitars coming in after the funky bass at the start, it's a beautiful, unique sound and I see their playing as an extension of many 'Hendrixisms'. Beautiful mix, as well. Overall, a very impressive band of young fellas who deserve all the success for their obvious hard work at their craft.

I know your comment is sarcastic but often times I think songs such as these with no lyrics are very powerful. The musicians are able to convey something with their instruments that can't be done with words. Polyphia is a great example of this but Buckethead is another one!

@Chuckle Duck up and down scales? Renaissance is groovy af. If that's what going up and down scales sounds like, give me that any day. Anyway, I've heard Tim praise this album recently besides 1 or two songs I believe. Their interests now are just more in the trap/hip hop/ metal genre. There are def some songs he doesn't like on all his albums, but that's pretty common amongst musicians.

I'm telling you, all of you fellas have that rare timing that all bands strive for. Most never quite get it but get close. I've only experienced that kind of timing perfection with bands who were all brothers/siblings. Everything is so tight when you break each members parts apart and compare them separately there is no error from one to the other. You fellas may not be brothers but your bond to each other is very strong and it shows through your music. Just excellent.👍🏼
