The village. All of the ponds are stocked up though.

Yeah the next few days will be tough to get a bite with the cold front coming in. Mid week should be good to go!

You may not loose the bigger ones if you let them take the drag out and don’t reel against it. If puts to much pressure on the line and the hook and will usually pull it out of their mouth if the line doesn’t break. Same goes for any other fish especially with fish with weaker lips. Great videos though, I enjoy watching them

Thanks for the great advice, Jack! With largemouth bass, I have learned over the years that they try to get it down into their belly as fast as possible. If you wait too long you are gonna gut hook them and I let them all go, catch and release. The other problem here in this video is I was using 6lb mono that was at least 5 years old. I switched it out to 15lb braid at lunchtime and that made all the difference.
