You have to grease the machine cant run any machine dry. You are so right about the many fiddly rattling parts on the dillon 900, the 40+ years of continual innovation shows well in the ponsness.

The crimp depth needs to be a little deeper and pre-crimp maybe a touché deeper as well. According to spec the 0.050in or 1.27 mm. Most reloading manuals or reloading sites will provide overall dimensions. Reloading data relies on correct finished shell demensions for accurate fps, and PSI ratings. You might be loosing up to 1000PSI and 50fps depending on the load. Great video and Machine!

How's the air at your nose's elevation? Can't see any benefit here.

Hi Sam, Are you thinking of adding the auto feed shell hopper or foot pedal control to your reloader? I'm very interested in this model to upgrade from my stone age MEC 600 Jr. I shoot mostly trap loads at 1000 a month and the old MEC is getting tired.

I don't plan at this time. I would get case feed before. Automation. I stepped up from 600 Jr. No comparison at all. This thing is rock solid. I will load about 200 at a time every month or so for cowboy action.

Can't see the press and how it works with your arm in the way constantly.. Here's an idea? How about set your camera on the other side so everyone can clearly see the machine without your arm in the way dude!!
