How much does it cost to professionally replace the carpet on a pontoon boat 18'"? Thanks. Just curious.

Usually around $225 to $250 per linear foot depending on deck width, furniture and accessories, etc.

Does it have to be cca treated marine grade?
@tomspontoons5 ай бұрын
Yes, if you use the untreated marine grade made by Roseburg that’s sold at Menards and other stores it will not last. I’ve had more than a handful of people have it get rotten and soft in 2-3 years. Just not made to be exposed to moisture all the time. The CCA treated marine grade has a 30 year warranty. It’s the same stuff the big boat brands have been using for decades.

I am surprise that you don't have a carpet roller.

I like being right down there seeing the details. It helps to reduce chances of bubbles or imperfections. Worth the tiny bit of extra effort…and luckily the vinyl is nice and cushioned!

Hi! I have a cuestión, ¿whats mark Is tu the carpeta glue you use? sorry for my ingles and regards from México. 😀

Thank you for watching! We use "DM-9080" adhesive from PontoonStuff.com. If gluing the flooring to wood, you could use most indoor/outdoor carpet glues if unable to order from Pontoon Stuff. I just know that the DM-9080 works well so I continue to use that.
