Absolutely brilliant. Angelina made this her own...she turned this into a bonafide jazz classic. It allows her voice to be front and center. With measured musical accompaniment...That shows her at her best....that allows her genius to shine...this is a remarkable version of the song...so much more emotional...so much deeper than the earlier versions. It allows her voice to breathe...to expand its infinite expression....that only she can express.....all those incredible inflections and runs....this is no longer just a pop tune...it has in my opinion just achieved legendary status.....and she is 18 years old....what more can anyone say....thrills and chills...goosebumps.....remarkable. Most importantly, she knows how to take any song and change up the genre anyway. she wishes to make it her own in every facet of her vocal ability. Oh man, this it for me. I love all versions of this song, some more than others, but this is a Masterpiece on a different level. She commonly makes me tear up, but this one made me cry like a baby. Haven't done that since she sang My Funny Valentine, over 2 years ago. I knew from a couple of recent "teasers," that this was going to be my favorite version of this song, but hearing the whole thing was overwhelming. Her control is beyond amazing and when coupled with the vocal gymnastic changes she applies within lyrical lines are something Billie Holiday invented. @@Pontus-Osterlin I think this is most etherial performance by Angelina to date...the piano arrangement and the vocal performance have become my absolute favorite! Both Angelina and Toby have outdone themselves...
