Ponziani Opening Traps - There are various chess opening tricks, strategies, gambits, moves, tactics and ideas that you can use to win fast. In this chess video, I will show you some secret ponziani variations that you can use to win more games. Most of these traps are for white & there is one line for black as well. This can be fun to try against your friends & opponents who have not seen such traps before. We will cover ponziani countergambit, ponziani steinitz gambit & jaenisch counterattack. This can be very effective against beginner & intermediate level players (almost 80% players fall for these traps). I also have an interesting chess puzzle at the end of this video, let's see if you can solve that.

For the puzzle I think you sacrifice your queen by placing it on c8. The king is forced to take it which then you will double check the king with bishop to e6. The king is forced to d8. Then I think Rook to c8 is checkmate.

Awesome Opening,sir. The opening is so destructive.Loved your commentary on the video. Answer to the Puzzle- 1. Queen c8+ .Black has to take with the King. 2. Bishop e6+ A double check. Black's King has to move to d8 . 3. Rook c8# .A beautiful checkmate. The Opera Mate,to be precise. We could also move our bishop to f7 on move 2 which attacks the Queen. But,we want the Big fish(King) not the small fish (Queen)

Puzzle solution:- We do the incredible queen sacrifice Qc8+. He has to take with king, Kxc8. Then Be6+. This is a double check so Kd8 is forced and finally Rc8# ends the game. I recently just found out. This mating pattern is known as Opera Mate. Jeetendra Sir made a video on this and this puzzle is an example in that video.

@suyashkarnad5391
@suyashkarnad5391 3 жыл бұрын
@@sanchaysstudio9471 Sure. When you do Qc8+, it is forced for black to take the queen. So he does Kxc8. After that because of Be6+, white gives a double check. So black has to move the king away and so Kd8 is forced. Then we finish off with Rc8#

There are 2 sacrifices in this puzzle: 1. The Queen Sacrifice: We play Qc8+ Kxc8 is forced then we play Be6+ its a double check with the rook and the bishop Kd8 is forced then Rc8# 2. The Bishop Sacrifice:We play Ba6 if he takes the bishop then Rc8# or Qc8# Both of them works but 1st one is better as all of its moves are forced

The best move is bishop captures pawn at f7 then queen captures it and white queen will go at c8 and a checkmate

Q c8 check, king takes( only legal move), bishop to e6 double check ( again only legal move for king is to go back in d8 square), then R to c8 is a beautiful checkmate

You could also sacrifice your bishop on d3, and then after he takes with the pawn, queen c8 and that's checkmate

Answer to the puzzle Qc8+ Kxc8 Be6+ Kd8 Rc8# We could also have been able to capture f7 pawn which attacks the queen... But we don't care about the queen,we just go after the big fish... Amazing chess video👍🏼🙂👍🏼

Yes, and thank you chess Giant for all the tutorials about it. I'm a beginner (1mouth, 1200elo) and at this level it works like a charm, 1/3 i won a piece in turn 7 or 9, crazy strong. (Does it exist a défense/ black game this tricky and strong?)
