Probably will come in a pretty late day. The gross wasn't that high, 400 million for a 200 million budget film. Even the Cameron said will do it if it gets more than 400. Which the film almost couldn't reach. So.... Yeah maybe they film it with a lower budget for cgi but more stars in idk.

@@arduh Sorry to disagree. The Movie made 405 million and the the merch and blu-ray sales will be astronomical. We need to be optimistic , not pessimistic....this is not just wishful thinking. This movie was something really special and James Cameron knows a good thing when he sees it. The news of this movie, missed by so many at the cinema is spreading like wildfire. It would be absolutely stupid not to make the sequel. Thanks Pooliey for another great remix....always look forward to them.

It's been a LOOOOOONG time since a movie captured my mind as much as Alita did!! Best movie I've seen in years! Not just for the story, but for the emotional connection for her as a character. A girl forgotten by time, lost in an alien world. It's such a tragic story...but the rise above it is amazing! I'm hoping beyond hope we get AT LEAST one sequel!!

I'm a grown ass man and this made me cry. The scene where Hugo dies is heartbreaking because even though I wouldn't care about him by himself, the fact that Alita cared so much about him made me care too. Just the way she says "I love you" is heart wrenching. I think Rosa Salazar was probably channelling the grief she felt for the death of her father because I think you can only sound that genuine if you really have lost someone you love.

It's sad that no matter how hard alita tries she still losses the love of her life. But that is exactly what gives her a ultimate drive to battle as her true empowerment becomes reveled to her own awareness she became full of greatness that never ceases to amaze or impress others. They should definitely do more movies like alita. Though it will be hard to top the first one. Alita is amazingly awesome.

The HAPPIEST SURPRISE OF 2019 !!! Never knew about this , Once saw the trailer in cinema while I was there to watch another movie ! THOSE EYES CAPTURED ME ! And The story looked intriguing ! I got interested to see what this is about, then forgot , also friends weren’t into it coz we didn’t know what this is and when movie came went alone to see it just at random night without much expectation ! BUT WOW FELL IN LOVE WITH THE MOVIE !!! Absolutely beautiful story and character development! Alita movie has more heart and soul and humanity despite being a cyborg than captain marvel did even being totally human .... got connected with Alita instantly as a viewer

Accidentally recorded the movie from SKY TV....and it's like a drug ,I'm addicted to ALITA yes it's SCI FI not real etc but she's stunning and reminds me of a ex girlfriend!!!!,the special effects are outstanding and when I read the credits and saw that a certain MR JAMES CAMERON was a CO WRITER it made perfect sense .This man is way ahead of his craft and generation constantly pushing the boundaries and the envelope he's a genius, he's responsible for so many awesome sci FI movies starting with the TERMINATOR and onwards and forwards he has the Midas touch he truly has,ive been told that a sequel to ALITA BATTLE ANGEL is due soon ....."
