Hi Ma’am, I tried out your 2nd recipe. Vadas were made really crispy from outside and soft from inside. I am a beginner in cooking and when something turns out perfect in first go, it gives immense pleasure and confidence. Thanks a lot mam for sharing the recipe with minutest of detail. Hi! This is Anupama Roy. Thanx for sharing the tiniest detail in making sabudana vada...I realised why every tip u shared went a long way in creating the perfect end-result. Now I understood why patience shown in washing away it's starch several times is what makes the difference b/w gr8 vada & sticky vada.🙏

Perfect recipe explained with perfection. No one has ever explained the do's and don'ts with so much patience and detail. Thank you.I have made sabudana vadas before but couldnever understand why they didn't taste all that good because I could never figure out where I was going wrong. Thank you once again.

Poonamji aap ne kitni perfect recipe batayi hai. Sabudana vada gharmein sabko pasand hai. Aapki tips follow karke vade bahot hi sunder ban gaye. Everyone liked these vadas. Pani kitna, aloo kitna, temperature kitna rakhna itni sari perfect tips di aapne ki vada achcha ban hi gaya. Thanks a lot.
