Don't drag Nepal in it. Nepalese don't live in community like this Indian Pakistani and Bangladeshi because these three countries have pretty conservative viewpoint about religion and cultural unity which is not even common in Nepalese society. The only place where Nepalese largely live in community in a single society in Aldershot UK is also due to gurkha community. Another fact Nepalese doesn't have any large diaspore like Indian Pakistani and Bangladeshi except gulf country where there also they live with all these three nationalities in some labour camp.
