She was born in the lunari tribe and was a bit of a trickster even to her own tribe constantly messing around and playing pranks and so on. Some things in the universe webpage are outdated, like Mordekaiser being from the Shadow Isles, after the rework he got he is now from Noxus (that's why he has the outdated thumbnail when hovering over shadow isles)

Most everything on Universe is up to date, it's the map that's really outdated. It also shows Ivern being from the Freljord, but when you go to his Universe page it correctly shows his region being Ionia.

i really do think necrit is close but not right. piltover and zaun are to small of zones for a expansion. also arcane season 2 will be out by then and unless it flops you cant add it in later. personaly i think bilgewater and ionia needs to be in the starting too. once again bilgewater is to small for its own expansion. yea you could tie it in with ionia and it would make sense but ionia is to loved and has to many champions to be left out too. plus that would make the top half complete. making each area a expansion sounds like a business deal for the players.

Ionia is absolutely it's own expansion the wait time for people getting into ionia is the same either way, it would take a lot longer to get the game at all out if they added into the base release, everyone would rather wait for the expansion whilst having the base game than wait an extra 2 years for ionia to be in the base. Bilgewater would go hand in hand with the ruined isles as they fight every year so that's it's own expansion for sure. And Piltover and Zaun would be a smaller expansion but definitely an expansion none the less, it would be a middle man type thing with a couple zones before you get into piltover, outlining the boarder between valoran and piltover/zaun, aswell as on the otherside showing the boarder between shurima and Piltover/zaun. This would also start to introduce shurima and it's influence before that becomes a large expansion aswell.
