You can only build as good as the timber-frame is …. What do you do then when the next floor can be 30 mm out or in which I’ve had to build too over five stories… houses are quite accurate try working on big projects and you won’t be worried about what your level is saying because it’s all about keeping the cavity correct…. some timber-framed buildings are shocking to work on !!.

Do you get paid square on apex’s,15mm over that much wall is grand house won’t fall down and will still be sold

Nah apex is still just a standard meterage, no over pay on them. Yeah the house is solid and at worst part is 7/8 mm so it’s passable just looks bad and when you go over someone else’s work it’s just frustrating

@@scottnever8732 it’s acceptable, it’s within the tolerance which is set out for new builds but would you want your house to be acceptable?
