I lived for 6 1/2 years in UP, visited several villages, I love India and its food, village ppl are extremely easy than City dwellers being an African I encountered wonderful ppl. I recently was in delhi for 8 months , during the second wave of covid and i have just returned to Kenya.

Beautiful India. My great great grandfather were from India (Bihar). They were brought here from India by the British to work on the sugarcane plantations in Trinidad and Tobago. (Caribbean). Trinidad has a very large population of East Indians. The country's East Indians culture, traditions, food and garments mirror that of beautiful Mother India. When the East Indian indentureship ended many of the East Indian population stayed on the island and that is how there's a significant population on the island. After 176 years our forefathers left Mother India the Trinidadian Indian population has continued with their teachings, culture, traditions, food, clothes and celebrations. They brought with them their food, traditional clothes, culture and way of life etc. I wish to go to Mother India one day. India is so beautiful and colourful that words cannot describe the level of peace, love and kindness that the country has. I was born in Trinidad (Caribbean)🇹🇹 but living in Toronto Canada🇨🇦, but one day I will surely visit India🇮🇳. Jai Hind.

after spending time in india and other countries that lived like this I realized they weren't poor. that is a misnomer. i ate with people and slept in their huts. people were happy and satisfied and really had all they need, they just didnt use electricity or so much money.

Some parts of TN villages were like this 25 years ago. My village had electricity in 1960s and today in my village, you have big homes and none are like these above. UP has a good CM and strong central government to push for development and improvements. In 2-3 decades, much of this will be changed to be closer to what towns have.

This is the best life to live. I prefer to live like this family. Normal descent life without any crime or fear. You build a hut out of mud, straws and tree branches. And in the morning you get up early and go out to your farm and do manual labor. Then you live on your harvest for the rest of the year, and also you donate a portion of your harvest to the poor people. It’s a healthy life free of crimes and disease. People who live this way are more healthier and live longer than city people. City life is full of crime and fear. Even if you are innocent and live like normal people, you work for a company that cheats people or you work for the government and shop in company stores that are also involved cheating.

Yea it is real. I have been to Tamil Nadu couple of times. Poverty is the main concern. But I love the rural scenery. Just like in the 60s in my country.

Which part of tamilnadu u went? If u went to delta region of Tanjore, naagapatnam, tiruvar where agriculture is main occupation most of houses will be like huts but 80 percent houses have pucca cement roofing and most of them uses LPG connection as what BJP government doing today was done by Dravidian parties in tamilnadu in late 1990s. Compared to UP and Bihar tamilnadu is urbanized. Healthcare is lot better compared to UP. After second wave we were given chance to see pathetic conditions of primary health center in UP. Some were converted as fodder storing place

Tamilnadu and Utter pradesh are entirely different. Tamilians are the most humble and simple people in India. They have very rich culture, they have a very musical language, and they live in harmony with fellow citizens and are not unclean and mad as as Utter Pradesh. Besides all Tamilians are very intelligent people.
