Kentang Masala
50ml oil
1 dry chili
¾tsp kacang kuda
¾tsp kacang tosai
¾tsp cumin seeds
½tsp biji sawi
daun kari
2 cili hijau
½tsp astoefatida
1tbs Halia cincang halus
100g Bawang
100g tomato
¼tsp serbuk kunyit
350g ubi kentang (masak hingga lembut)
1tsp garam
Poori
200g Tepung atta
1tbs tepung suji
½tsp garam
120ml air

¾ tsp urad dhal
¾ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
2 green chilies
½tsp astoefatida
1tbs finely chopped ginger
100g Onion
100g of tomatoes
¼tsp turmeric powder
350g sweet potato (cooked until soft)
1 tsp salt
Poori
200g Atta flour
1tbs suji flour
½ tsp salt
120ml of water

Kentang masala: 350 g kentang ( rebus lembut & tapis ,air rebusan simpan). 100 gm tomato 100 gm bwg Halia cincang sikit 2 tangkai Cili hijau belah 2 Daun kari sikit Cili kering 1 Serbuk kunyit 1/2 st Chana dal 1/2 st Urad dal 1/2 st Biji sawi 1/2 st Jintan putih 1/2 st Serbuk hing sikit Tpg atta 200 g Tpg suji 20 g 120 ml / secukup air- jgn masuk sekali gus. Garam 1/2 st Uli 5 min atau secukupnya Bebola kan doh. Tudung & rehat 10 min .Kendian jadikan 12-14 bebola kecil

I'm sure trying your puri chef.. I love puri but never made myself . I do have one question..the sugee flour does it have to be in blended/smooth milled version or can it be in its rough sandy form

you don't have to blend the sugi flour. Just add as it is. you will hardly notice the sugi flour when eat all the best 👍
