අපි පොඩි කාලේ ඉදලම අපේ ගෙදර සතියකට පුවාලු කැනක් දෙකක්නම් වරදින්නේ නෑලු.ඉඩම වටේම පුවාලු.මං හිතන්නේ අපේ පරම්පරාවම ආස පුවාලු කෙසෙල් වලටද කොහෙද😁 පොඩි කාලේ මට පුවාලු ගෙඩියක් දෙනවා කිව්වොත් මට කියලා ඕන වැඩක් කරගන්න පුලුවන් කියලා අම්මා හැම තිස්සෙම හිනාවෙවී කියනවා.ඒ කතාවනම් අදටත් ගැලපෙනවා හැබැයි..😀 ගොඩක් වෙලාවට මං උදේට සකී එක්ක තේ ඉඩම වටේම දුවනවා.පින්න වැදුනු තේ ගස් අස්සෙන් හේහත් වෙනකන්ම දුවලා දුවලා මඩත් නාගන සකී මාත් එක්ක ගෙදර යන්නේ මඩකරියා වගේ හොදටම තෙමිලා.ගහේම ඉදුනු පේර ගෙඩියකුත් කඩාගන කනගමන් මං ගෙදර ගියේ මේ බතලයවත් උස්සන් හතිදාගන.සකියා එක්ක තේ ඉඩමට යද්දි ගහේ තිබ්බ කෙසෙල් කැන මෙන්න බොලේ මං එන්නත් කලින් තාත්තා කපාගනත් ඇවිත්.. පුවාලූ එක්ක කිතුල් හකුරු රටඉදි එහෙම දාලා... මගෙනම් ඉතිං ඉහේ මලක් පිපුනා වගේ තමයි.මං විතරක් නෙවෙයි ඒ අතුරුපසටනම් කවුරුත් ආසයි..♥️ ඒ වගේමයි මේක ශරීරයේ ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණය වැඩි කරගන්නත් ආයුර්වේදයෙදි යොදාගන්න හොද අත් බෙහෙතක්. පුවාලු ඇවරි දෙකක් හොදටම ඉදිලා තිබුන නිසා මට හිතුනා කෙසෙල් මිශ්‍ර කරලා කේක් එකක් හදන්න ඕන කියලා.සාමාන්‍යයෙන් වැඩිපුර කේක් හදන්නේ ඇම්ඹුන් ආනමාලු වලින් උනත්,හොදටම ඉදිලා තිබුන පුවාලු කෙසෙල් දාලා චෙරි වලින් ලස්සන කරලා මං හදපු උඩු යටිකුරු පුවාලු කැරමල් කේක් එකේ රසනම් හිතුවටත් වඩා ඉස්තරම්..😍 මේ දවස් වල දවල් අව්වනම් හරිම සැරයි.කැලේ සත්තුන්ට බොන්න වතුරත් හිග ඇති.පුලුවන් හැමතැනකම ඔයාලටත් පුලුවන්නම් පොල්කට්ටකට හරි වතුර ටිකක් තියන්න.පිං සිද්දවෙනවනේ.පායන කාලෙට වතුර නැතුව සත්තු කොච්චරනම් මැරෙනවද? අපේ මම්මලගෙ ගෙදර තියෙනවා අල්පොන්සු කියන වර්ගේ අඹ ගහක්.මේ පාර තමයි පීදිලා තියෙන්නේ.ඉතිං ඉදුනු ගෙඩි කීපයක් බප්පා අපිටත් ගෙනත් දිලා තිබුනා.කේක් එක හැදෙන්න පැයක් විතර යනවනේ.ඉතිං ගෙදර අඹත් තිබුන එකේ කෙසෙල් එක්ක මී පැණි ත් දාලා අඹ බීම එකක් හැදුවොත් මේ ගිනියම් වෙලාවේ ගෙදර හැමෝම ආසාවෙන් බොයි කියලා මට හිතුනා.හැබැයි අපේ මල්ලිටනම් රස්නේ වැඩි වෙලා තියෙන්නේ බීම වීදුරුවේ ලස්සන දැකලද කොහෙද😁 ඒ වෙලාවේ තාත්තා ඉඩමට ගිහින්.ඒත් අම්මයි මායි කේක් කාලා බීම බිව්වේ තාත්තවත් මතක් කරන ගමන්.මොකද අපේ ගෙදර ඉන්න වැඩිමල්ම කෙනා පැනිරස කන්න ගියාමනම් අපිටත් වඩා පොඩිමල්ම වෙනවනේ..😄💛 පහුවෙනිදා උදේ තාත්තා තව අමු පුවාලු කැනක් කපලා තිබුනා.අමු පුවාලු වලින් මොනවා කරන්නද කියලා හිතුනත් කම්මැලිකම යන්නත් එක්ක පොඩි කටගැස්මක් හදාගන්නනම් නියමයි කියලා මටම හිතුනා.ගෙදර රටකජු කඩල පරිප්පු එහෙමත් තියෙනවද කියලා විපරම් කරලා බලලම ඔන්න වැඩේ පටන් ගත්තා.පුවාලු ගෙඩි වල පොතු යවලා ලුනු දාපු වතුරෙ දැම්මම කහට පිපෙන්නෙ නෑ කියලා ඔයාලත් දන්නවනේ.ඊටපස්සේ හීනියට පෙති කපා ගෙන ගැඹුරු තෙලේ බැදගන අඩුම කුඩුම ටිකත් එකතු කරලා රසම රස කෙසෙල් පෙති කර කරස් බැදුමක් ඔන්න මාත් හැදුවා. කැකුලු හාල්,වියලි මිරිස්,සේර,කුරුදු,එනසාල්,කරාබු නැටි,අබ,උලුහාල්,සූදුරු,කොත්තමල්ලි කබලෙ බැදලා කොටලා අරගන තමයි මං තුනපහ එක හදාගත්තේ.අම්මයි තාත්තයි දෙන්නම හරි ආසාවෙන් කෑවා.හැබැයි බයිට් එක ඒ තරම් රස උනේ මම එකතු කරපු තුනපහ එක නිසාම නෙවෙයි..මගෙ ආදරෙත් ඒකට දාපු නිසා..😍 සොබාදහමට ලං වෙන්න.උතුම් මනුෂ්‍යයෙක් ලෙස මේ කෙටි ජීවිතය ගතකර නික්ම යන්න.🌿 තෙරුවන් සරණයි..!! ආදරණීය පූර්ණා♥️
