Tons of Creamy Avocados 🥑 Preparing Crunchy Wafer Cakes and Egg Salad with Potato Chips

In today's video, I immerse myself in the beauty and bounty of our avocado harvest. The fresh avocados swaying in the wind remind me of green bead vines on the dresses of dancers. As I collect around twelve ripe avocados fallen on the ground, I envision creating something delicious that brings back nostalgic memories.
➡️ These smaller avocados are incredibly buttery and tasty, perfect even without sugar. I used to enjoy them with kithul jaggery, a habit I still cherish. When fresh milk is added to caramelized brown sugar, it creates a scene reminiscent of the Hummanaya blowhole, with white bubbles spraying out. This mixture, once stirred off the hearth, is combined with the avocados to create a beautiful, mouthwatering drink. The green avocados in the glass resemble a mountain range in a temperate rainforest, with white sugar cubes mimicking snow on the peaks.
Suky eagerly anticipates the colorful marble cake shaded with brown, yellow, and green. Butter icing spread on the cake and covered with wafer cakes creates a delightful treat. Cutting it into pieces and covering it with more icing and wafers brings back childhood memories of buying wafer cakes from the village boutique. Now, I get to enjoy these homemade cakes with my loved ones.
The next day, my mother fried extra potato chips to share with my grandmother. The thin potato slices danced in the hot oil, emerging super crunchy and perfect with a sprinkle of salt and chili powder. This snack is a wonderful addition to our teatime.
➡️ I then prepare a delicious avocado salad by mixing boiled egg cubes, cheese, avocados, salt, pepper, curry leaves, tomatoes, corn, onions, chili pepper, and lime juice. This avocado salad paired with crunchy potato chips is a delightful combination. Embrace nature, be good, do good, and enjoy life. May the Triple Gems bless you!
