Hi Poorna, Your culinary skills, patience and hard work is a treat to watch. Plucking cow peas, sorting them from the pod, washing them, draining the water ( being resourceful by draining it to plants), pounding them and mixing to the heavenly ingredients was wonderful. I could hear birds chirping and also the cries of peacock. You are blessed with beautiful surroundings and nature.
