Playlist👉🌺🌼🌷youtube.com/@PoornaThenaturegirl තේ ඉඩම මායිමේ කාලයක සිට වගාවක් නොදැමූ පොඩි කොටසක් තිබිනි.එය සුද්දකර තාත්තා තල ඉස්සේ සැප්තැම්බරයේ එක දවසකය.ලපටි කොල අගින් මල් පොහොට්ටු මෝදුකරමින් මසක් පමන වයසැති තල යාය අහසට දෙසට ඇදුනේ අමුතුම රටාවක් නංවමිනි.සීනු හැඩැති මල් එකිනෙක හැලෙනවාත් සමගම පියලි හතරකින් සමන්විවිත වූ පෙට්ටි හැඩැති තල කරල් කෙමෙන් මෝරන්නට ගනී.නොවැම්බරයේ අග වන විට එක දෙක මෝරා පිපිරී ගිය තල කරල් කියන්නේ අස්වනු නෙලන සමය එලඹ ඇති බවය. උදේ වරුවම තල කැපුවේ තාත්තාය.හවස් වරුව ඒ කාරිය මට පැවරිනි.අන්තිම තල මිටියද කපාගෙන ගෙදර යද්දී හොදටම ඇදිරි වැටීය. පහුවදා උදෑසන තාත්තා සමග පාවරය සකසා තල මිටි අඩුක්කර තැබුවෙමි.තද අවුවේ සතියක් පමන වේලුනු තල කිනිති වලින් දැන්නම් ලිපද අවුලුවා ගතහැක.වෙන්කරගත් තල හුලං කර කොල රොඩු ඉවත්කරගත් පසු හොදින් සෝදා අවුවේ වේලා කබලෙහි බැද ආහාර පිස ගැනීම සිරිතයි. හකුරු,රට ඉදි සමග ගා ගත් පොල් එකතු කර යහමින් තල දමා අතේ ගුලිකර ගන්නා තල අග්ගලා නම් පුදුම රසයකි.තේ කහට කෝප්පයක් සමග විඩාව නිවාගන්නට පංකාදු බෙහෙතකි.🧆☕️ දුඹුරු පැහැ වනතුරු බැදගත් තල ඇට වනේ දමා සිහින් වනතුරු කොටාගත යුතුය.සුලගට මුසු වන තල සුවද අහල පහල නිවැසියන්ගේද හද කම්පාකරවනු නිසැකය😀 කොටාගත් තල විනාඩි පහලොවක් පමන දෑතින් අඹරන්නේ මද රස්නේ වතුරෙනි.තෙල් පෑදෙන තරමට පොල් මිරිකන ලෙස මිරිකිය යුතුය.පසුව රෙද්දකින් පෙරා රෝඩ්ඩ ඉවත්කරගෙන පහුවදා උදෑසන වනතුරු නොසොල්වා තැබිය යුතුය. සවස තේ වලට තල දමා රෝල් බනිස් හදන්නට මචා පවුඩර් දමා පිටි මෝලිය අනා තැබුවේ පැයකට පමණ කලිනි.දුඹරු සීනි,කොකෝවා පවුඩර් සමග තල මිශ්‍රකර තුනීකර බටර් ගෑ රොටිය මත ඒකාකාරීව ඉසිය යුතුය.පසුව දිග අතට රෝල් කර නූලකින් පෙති කපාගත යුතුය.පෝරනුවට දමා පැය බාගයක් පමණ ගතවන විට තල සමග බටර් සුවද දැනෙන්නේ බඩගිනි වැඩිකරමිනි.🥯🍥 පහුවදා උදෑසනම දවස පටන්ගත්තේ හකුරු කෑල්ලක් සමග අම්මා පිලියෙල කර තිබූ ගොටුකොළ කැද වීදුරුවකිනි.මල්ලීට නම් දවසෙහි ආරම්භය එතරම් සුභ නැත😂 මන්ඩි ටික යටට බැස තෙල් පෑදී ඇති අයුරු බලන්නට වටිනවාය.බොකුටු හැන්දකින් තෙල් වෙන්කරගැනීම සීරුවට කරගත යුතුය.මන්ඩි කලවම් වුවොත් තෙල් ටික නරක්වෙනවාය. අද උදේට බත් නොකෑ නිසාදෝ බඩගිනි දැනිනි.දවල්ට බැදුම් හදන්නට ගෙනත් තිබූ අමු ඉස්සන්ද තිබිනි.පොඩි බඩගින්නකට පොඩි නූඩ්ල්ස් එකක්නම් අගේට ගැලපෙයි.ඉස්සන් සමග බොත්තම් හතු තෙම්පරාදුවෙන් පසුව ඉගුරු,සුදු ලූනු,රට ලූනු සමග තම්බාගත් බඩ ඉරිගු එක්කර තල තෙලෙන් බැදගත යුතුය.පසුව එයට සියල්ල එක්කර සෝයා සෝස්,ඔයිසටර් සෝස්,චීස්,රට කජු බටර් මෙන්ම චිලි පේස්ට් සමග මගේ රස අනුව තල මංඩි ටිකක් දමා හොදින් කලවම් කරගත යුතුය.ඉද හිට දවසක දැනෙන පොඩි බඩගිනි වලට අපට නුහුරු චයිනීස් නූඩ්ල් රස බලන්නට ගෙදර කවුරුත් කැමතිය🍝🥢කැමරා කාචයට කිසි දින හසු නොවන ඒ ජිවියානම් බොහොම කැමතිය😂 ඊයෙ පෙරේදා සිටම තාත්තා සෙවිල්ලෙන් සිටින්නේ සුදු හාල් දියේ දමනා තුරුය.ඒ කාලේ ආච්චි අම්මාගේ තල අලුවා ගැන තාත්තා කරනා අතිශෝක්තිජනක විචාරය අපේ ගෙදර නිතර ඇසෙන්නකි😃 පෙගෙන්නට දැමූ හාල් ගොඩ දානා විට 'තල අලුවා හදන්නදැයි' අසා තාත්තා කට මගුල් ගෙදර කරගත්තේ පිටි ටික ඉක්මනින් කොටාගෙන ද එන්නම් කියාගෙනය. සුදු හාල් පිටි සමගින් දන්දිල පිටිද එකතු කර සුවද එනතුරු කබලෙහි බැදගත යුතුය.එය පසෙකින් තබා සීනි පැණි සකසා එයට කොටාගත් එනසාල් කුඩු සමග තල අහුරු තුන හතරක් එක් කර,පිටි ටික ටික දමා අලුවා තලපය සකසාගත යුතුය.නියම පදම පැමිනි පසු ලෑල්ලට පිටි දමා තුනීකර කිරිබත් හැඩැති කෑලි අත ඉක්මන්කර කපාගැනීම නුවනට හුරුය.රස්නෙ පිටම අලුවා කෑලි ටිකක් ඔතාගෙන ගියේ චූටි අක්කලෑ දිහාය.පොඩි තුන්දෙනා මද උණුවෙන්ම අලුවා කෑවේ ආසාවෙනි.ඊටත් වඩා සතුටු වූවේ සක්කන් සහ මෝයං කැටුව ගිය නිසාවෙනි.🐕🦮 සොබාදහමට ලං වෙන්න.🍃🍂 උතුම් මිනිසෙකු ලෙස මේ කෙටි ජීවිතය ගතකර නික්ම යන්න..💛🙏🏽 ආදරණීය පූර්ණා🌞
