Actually there are different types of Corn kernel like - maize /corn/ makka grown for grinding into flour for Rotis (Makke di roti with Sarson ka saag) a famous Punjabi Combo cuisine. Similarly another type is corn is Sweet corn to be used for streaming /boiling and used as a snack. And the third variety of corn is grown especially for popcorn. These days you find the corn to make popcorn on many Supermarkets, Kirana Shops and also on many food Bazar apps like, amazon, grofers, flip kart, big bazaar etc. I had a packet at home and I tried out this method in thick bottom Aluminum Kadhai and it was a success 👍👍😊🍿
