Victims of abuse should be believed not scrutinized. this has been done to Cassie. Courage to go up against super rich and powerful is intimidating and humiliating. Suppressed horrific memories resurfaced and exposing your lifestyle is mentally exhausting. Only 10 victims in 40 years has the courage to confront the powerful demon should speak volumes.

It's like stepping into traffic & getting your foot run over by someone, then following that person around, & putting your foot where he can run over it again & again! You can maybe sue the 1st time & win, but there's no sympathy for going out of your way to be 'victimized' again & again! Employment means you work, & then go home. The choice is yours to return the next day, or find another job. Seeking fame & opportunities does not = coercion, & promises of future opportunities do not = contractual obligations. If a carrot is dangled in front of you, it is always your choice to try & take it, & if you get tricked, that's the price you pay for wanting that carrot. Courts aren't designed for ppl to litigate their own poor choices.

In the trail she (medical examiner) also explains why she gave the accidental ruling. Has to do with intention. Rules in New Mexico. If you watch the whole trail and all the testimony it makes way more sense

Love the show and the passion but people aren’t interested bc this conversation has been dragged on and already tried in many opinions. It’s another high profile star about to get away with things bc they have the funding. The judge screwed this fair trial when she neglected to educate herself on Hollywood operations. Also hard to follow when other contributors are interrupted or not allowed to interject knowledge others may not have and it gets loud- love hearing everyone’s thoughts!

People, (alleged) victims are already not going to be "judged fairly" when they file a complaint with the words: "They told me..." 😅Worse, the offending party already are one step ahead in that knowledge? Methinks, they prey on innocence, and ignorance. It takes planning to measure their target's worth - if not "they" will not pursue - fear and bribery also works well I guess! But, hopefully, this case is not a distraction to the legitimate DV cases. Serious? Engage a Lawyer and get it to court 😉

Hey sweet people. If you watch the entire Hannah trail, she admits she brought the live rounds onto set from her last gig as they say (police interview) That is why she got convicted. They also had shots of her live rounds (actual pics in a gun belt 10-10) before Kenney sent extra rounds on 10-12. I know it is long but watch it and you will gain so much info as to what actually happened. Not to say Alec had no part in it because he pulled the trigger but if she had not brought them there would have no problem. He still has to answer for what he did

I'm not interested because I can't stand Alex Baldwin and I don't want to see or hear how he got away with something else. I very much care about "Hilana"an innocent woman, mother, wife, daughter, sister, film maker, a beautiful lady and her life was taken from this world too soon. So I don't want to hear about Alex "poor Alex" just like all the other times he's been caught up in other dramas , just so in the end he is more out there and famous. But I will be watching and praying that this time, this situation has the correct ending. A guilty verdict and punishment fit for the crime... Hopefully justice will prevail and The outcome of it all will leave us all feeling a little bit better. Especially with stronger rules and regulations put in place and enforced.
