@@RobertGuidry-f3f I'd add Moon Lee, Yukari Oshima and a bunch of other actors from Hong Kong. Jackie stands out because he made most international career and kept doing this till 58. But even in his prime he was sometimes replaced by stunt doubles, though only when he had been injured and couldn't film the scene on schedule. The craziest part is that in Drunken Master 2 where his character falls on a huge container of burning coal, it's not some movie prop like molten steel in Terminator 2, but actual burning coal. Also the scene went poorly at first take, and already burnt Jackie decided to throw himself into the coal again.

@@piotrmalewski8178 I know, and I am amazed by the things that he has done and not been killed by them including on tall buildings. And none of the American Big acting names do their own stunts, but that is because over here in the States, the insurance Companies behind the movies wouldn't allow it to happen. And in then their is Danny Trejo's reason for stunt doubles expecially now when he is in his 70s. He looks at it like this. He sees it as if one of them gets hurt they can be replaced and the movie doesn't stop getting made. If he gets hurt, then productions stops and everyrone else is out of work because they are contracted tot hat movie. So he won't get hurt if he doesn't have to.

@@RobertGuidry-f3f Yes, he's amazing. Suffered several close to fatal injuries too and kept going when most daredevils would rather decide to retire. Countless injuries that would pin normal people to chairs due to permanent pain inflicted. I'm sure he had every possible surgery to fix whatever caused him pain, but first and foremost he must have had huge determination and constantly train to overcome this.
