@KalahariProphet shifts dont have to comprise of 24 hours 🤦‍♀️ you miss understood. Shifts per day over lap each being 8 hours so court for 4 hours then do your admin for 4 run it 24 hours. More man power more jobs and better function. I am not in support of 12 hour shifts.

@@cindyleehart1039 And who is going to pay for the doubling up of prosecutors, magistrates, judges, court staff, bailiffs registrars? I also think he was a bit misleading. Court hours are from 9-11, 11h15 -13h00 and 14h00-16h00. What he doesn't understand is that prosecutors have to prepare their cases, interview and prepare witnesses, prepare cross examination, prepare on legal aspects etc. If a witness is not available or does not arrive at court, what then? His is a very superficial take on the judicial system.

This is an incredibly important and positive development. Every police member and prison warden is now learning an important lesson: the ANC _is not necesarilly_ the best party for them. For a union like POPCRU to come out openly like this and denounce "political correctness" - which is code for "blind loyalty to the ANC" means that the ANC can no longer just assume the support of their members. And this is not a tiny constituency. I'm quite sure the ripple effect of this will be felt in 2029 and perhaps even in 2026.

Advance the work of NDR by giving back to the community; that is totally against the mindset of the prisoners. How can they now be expected to give something back to a community they robbed from, a community they abused for their own means and murdered for money and self enrichment and esteem. Mr. Groenewald has the right idea, but I do not think it is aligned to your idea of advancing NDR.
