Looks like this battle is from one of the tournament with my rules. Max 4 shock cav + max 2 light missile cav for Western factions and max 3 light missile cav for Eastern factions.. To balance, since Western disounted units are much stronger than Eastern, Estaerners get to bring 3 light missile cav..

I didn't even see the Skirm cav using the ammo they had before routing. Seems like a waste.
