I’m not crazy about biscuits, but the most non-choking biscuit is a fresh Bojangles biscuit. I might eat half but I don’t like wasting calories on bread. But I’ll eat the breading off the chicken (Bo’s, Popeyes, KFC, Church’s) all day long. 😋🤤

It’s called “Red Beans and Rice” and yes red beans are used. It’s a staple Louisiana. You need to come to Houston - we have a great viet community and very diverse, so much great food. But you could drive 4-5 hours from Houston and bam you’re in NEW ORLEANS. Where you can taste how Popeyes is done in Louisiana 🍗
