+Dell Jr You can get the ramjet 572 for $11,000, delivered in a crate. The turbo is kind of bullshit, and the torque is what really matters for street cars. I would suspect you can spin the motor as fast as you want without the turbo, and in top gear for that car. (to whatever rev limit, even 9000rpm or so). I have the ramjet 502 in my boat and have hit 9000rpm many times with a 12x16 ni-bral prop, regular velvet drive with new fibers and steels

Which parts? The rear quarter panel? If so, the camaro is the one that looks like this because the camaro takes a lot of styling ques from the nova such as the rear quarter panel and side window corner. The camaro also has nearly the same internal components and shares a lot of chassis and suspension parts.

tskwared667 The Camaro was first, the 67 Nova, was still on the chevy II boxy platform. The 68-72 share this body which is built around the Camaro uni-body & subframe. The only body parts that are the same are the door handles, locks and gas cap, maybe the mirrors. If anything the Nova is a smaller version of the Chevelle. Camaro design was clearly chasing the Mustang. Also the taillights don't look stock.

Robert, the 572 is a GM tall deck big block chevy crate engine and comes in two versions, one is race with 12:1 comp ratio and the other 9:1 for the street. I was hoping to do the DSE treatment to my 2nd gen Z/28, but those hopes have been dashed.

A hundred years ago I lived in Bedford village NY which in Westchester county and because the roads are all many twists and turns with very few straights I built My 68 GTO with a slightly used 427 BB i got from a 68 Impala SS because My best friend had a new 71 T/A HO 455 that could run away from anyone So I lowered My car did Konis delco morane 4 piston Disk brakes with Big sway bars boxed the control arms but never painted it . it was primed using R/M Black primer .brings back memorys.
