The female fronted metal bands are finally getting noticed more because of the exposer from the vocal coaches reaction /review videos. Especially Tatiana from Jinjer. The rhythm guitar has become louder, the sound of the guitar riffs has become more interesting. I would like to feel the atmosphere of the song again. Rather, we fall in waves of soft, gentle vocals and the next moment we fly away from shrill screams. I liked her previous stuff bc I loved how self aware and tongue and cheek it was. It was overall very fun and different. I still love her recent music too. I just don't agree with people writing it off as "shock value" because even with the beat changes and genre bending, I had those songs on repeat 😣.

Pretty sure she made it sound that way on purpose. It was basically her saying "I'll give you pop melodies as well but you're also going to get heavy metal" it's her basically being stuck between pop and metal. Her arguing between the two genres. Because she started as pop and so you can't just all of a sudden make a heavy metal album. This is why she infused both pop and metal, she also didn't want to confuse her fans lol I personally quite enjoyed "I disagree" because i understood what she was trying to do. And it made a lot of sense to me personally. Her transitioning into a different genre. Kinda like how Taylor Swift did with "Red" she had some country mixed with some pop on that album. Obviously she couldn't just release a pop album that was full on pop. She slowly transitioned into the genre for it to sound more cohesive as well.
