New to your channel. Thanks for this recipe. I normally do not use ground pork unless making a holiday pork pie. My husband wants me to use up our frozen pork. This recipe sounds good! ~ Diane

Hi Diane! Welcome - glad to hear this recipe is a good fit for you! You can also use ground pork in place of sausage and season it with a ton of spices (I have a homemade Italian sausage seasoning recipe and a homemade chorizo seasoning recipe on my blog). I hope you find some delicious ways to use your frozen ground pork!

Try adding oyster sauce and lower the soysauce since the oyster sauce is salty already. (pref not panda brand but it works! It just has a sweeter taste than other brand). All oyster sauce are diff in flavor so try diff ones! Optional, add clear fish sauce, depending on the brand it's not really that fishy it's just an umami saltiness.

@@FrugalNutrition I added water chestnuts and snow peas but didn’t buy mushroom, awesome we ate all but a cup or so for two.I did serve it over Chinese noodles.
