Spicy food with chili is not classic Korean food, but modern Korean food. Traditional Korean food does not use any peppers like the current Korean holiday food or ancestral rite food, so it is not spicy at all and is mild.

고추가 들어간 붉은 음식은 한국의 전통 음식이 아닙니다. 전통 김치도 고추를 넣지 않았죠. 한국의 전통 음식은 현재 명절음식이나 제사음식처럼 고추가 한톨도 들어가지 않아서 부드럽고 싱겁습니다. 이야기는 허구이나 당시 궁중요리를 그래도 고증한 드라마 대장금을 보세요. 고추 들어간 빨간 음식은 전혀 없습니다.
