@mtzyzy4 жыл бұрын
@@jimmybalez8611 I agree, I think the huge quantities of indian/mamak outlets everywhere and long operation hours(mostly 24 x 7) makes the quality hard to maintain, so-so cook that rotate by shifts, compare that to smaller number of Malay operated restaurants/stalls those mostly operate in the morning only or night only(night market or bazaar) and to compete with mamak to attract more loyal customers, less charcoaled/ hangus roti canai cases (I lost count how many times I got hangus /charcoaled roti canai at many normal mamak restaurants around this country, that really spoils the experience ) , quality is much better with the Malay because of these factors.
@chuimeing23094 жыл бұрын
Mamak roti canai uses ghee(a type of clarified butter) so the rotis are richer and tastier (pretty different from butter), the only problem with ghee is that it clogs your arteries.

Guys, got 1 mat salleh KZbinr so envy with both of you... Even he / she is not mentioning you both by ur channel but I'm pretty sure it's meant to be you guys ;) eg : Traveller couple, just landed for 2-3 months rather than him / Her who spend more than 10 years, poor taste bud - ramly burger is the worst, according to him / her, your click bait tittle due to warm comments, like n subs on your channel. It's pretty funny coz certain people don't understand, we can't force anyone to love you unless you love them first. I'm pretty sure, if you live here forever & you can't / don't appreciate what we have here. No one will appreciate you. The rules is simple. If you have no effort to try a new things, thinking your place / country much better than any place, whining and complaining... Your partner will leave you too, someday. It just matter of sooner or later. ;) Just be yourself guys, don't hesitate to give comment even if it's not your type especially our food. We are open minded n we really sure, not everything is for everyone. But the choice of words is important to prevent unnecessary back lash. Keep it up guys!
