I am so happy that he is getting the limelight. I used to go to this place for nearly a decade. The egg rice with egg chilli is my personal favorite. He had to struggle a lot because nearby hotel owners hired goondas to scare him away. He was that good! Because of that he had to move to multiple places. I am so happy seeing this. He totally deserves the attention!

One think i liked is that uncle is giving the combination of masala to the rice like the egg curry and also the bonda. The curry is important beccause the rice fried needs a combination os some gravy.

Good portion of egg curry on the side.👍 I hope he's using Kashmiri Chilli powder because I counted eight huge scoops of chilli powder plus various other masalas. The food looks delicious and the portions are large enough to satisfy most people. 👍
