Through every stage of this, it looks finished.... then you keep going and it looks better. I learned that's how painting processes should be in art school, but I suck at implementing it. Seeing a master do it is insane.

As a fan from China, I appreciate you used our traditional music for this particular piece of art. You’re such an amazing artist, the fact that you spent a lot of time on getting the composition right and everything even tho I know for sure you can get it right without 3D helping.
@deivcalviz2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! YupI can do it without 3D. My next upcoming splash video has no 3D. :) Glad you liked that music detail too! Unfortunately, there are only few traditional music that is free but I’m glad I found some for this. I try to find music that fits the art. :)

The incredible control over 3d space and values/rendering aside, I think what jarred me the most was your immense understanding of color graphs and layer types. I've never seen someone take such full advantage of digital art software, from 3D modeling to applying a million different effects and tweaking them. Great video to help me along with learning how to render.

Love your splash arts, sir. I believe you make the best splash arts for the game. But I have questions: 1. How many layers are used for one splash art? 2. How much GB is one splash art (PSD) file? I doubt you're gonna answer this but I'm quite curious. These progresses are amazing.
@deivcalviz2 жыл бұрын
Around 100-200 layers and around 800mb final size. I don't think these are important though because it is possible to get the same output with less layers.
