Seonkyoung, I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the videos that you upload!! My husband is so happy with the dinners I make and they're all made with sauces from scratch and AUTHENTIC ingredients, the taste and satisfaction from each meal is amazing, and it feels great ingesting REAL FOOD rather than some pre-packaged processed CRAP. Great recipe!! I have 3 beautiful picky eaters, and they LOVED these egg rolls. Whenever I make them, they're gone in a flash. Actually, they love all your recipes that I've made: chicken fried rice, general tso, beef and broccoli, Kung Pao chicken, OMG they love it!! My husband and I just finished a meal with these egg rolls and Kalbi ribs; a first for both of them in our house. On a scale of 1 to 10, my husband rated both an 11, and asked that they be a regular from now on. I have been making numerous Korean dishes for 35 years, including bulgogi, siguemchi-namul, kongu-namul, jabche, mondu, Korean fried rice, and kimchi. After all these years, it finally occurred to me how much I and my family truly look forward to and enjoy all those dishes, so why not expand our Korean horizons? I have ordered and received the basic Korean ingredients needed to round out my pantry. I only need a dolsot and a barbecue grill pan to round out my kitchen equipment. Can't wait to test your other recipes!!!!! Thank you!

I love this recipe! it was sooo good!!! And i used the filipino version dip that we use for Fried vegetable lumpia. Filipino vinegar/soy sauce with black pepper chopped garlic and chopped onion!! My brother had to do the dishes to try one!!

I was born in Michigan and all the Chinese restaurants we mainly went to had bean sprouts and shrimp 🍤 in the egg rolls. Never any cabbage. I now live in Tennessee and all the Chinese restaurants here buy pre made egg rolls and they are full of cabbage. It was refreshing to see bean sprouts in your egg rolls. I will definitely give your recipe a try. Thank you for the video.

I made my own this week. I preferred to add the protein to the wrap then the vegetables taco style after I added the protein. That way I know how much protein flavor was added and my protein to vegetable ratio is always exactly how I prefer it. Great job on your video.

I LOVE your channel!! It has become my "Go-To" for Asian recipes. I made the Japanese Rice bowl a few days ago and it was THE best Asian dish that I have ever eaten!! I did triple the recipe for the sauce, but that is the only thing I changed. My tongue jumped out of my mouth......slapped me on the forehead and said, "Why haven't you made this for me before??!!!".....then it jumped back in my mouth!! :-) LOL
