I like the wrapping style. Most people just fold it, your method has an extra layer of pastry on the sides. This way the oil wont seep in even leaving it a while before deep frying. Good job 👍

I watched this video 5 times before attempting to make these! I am now making 10 of these at a time each month! I freeze 8 of them (before frying) and use them at a later date, they still taste just as good as when cooked fresh. ❤️ I changed some of the ingredients but only because of my own personal preference and taste. I use prawns instead of shrimp and sometimes I'll dice some chicken and add with the pork too. I find that the very centre leaves of an ordinary cabbage is fine to use, but only because it's difficult to get the one you use in this video at my local supermarket! I also left out the sesame seed oil, but again, only because of my own personal taste. I combine these with a Mary Berry chicken fried rice recipe and add some extra ingredients, such as light soy sauce, ginger, honey and mushrooms. Put that together with my home made Singapore chow mein, using egg noodles, bean sprouts, curry paste, chilli powder, a mild curry powder, onions and pork/chicken and I have a fantastic Chinese meal! Thank you so much for this and the many more videos you post, I've never cooked so much in my life!! ❤️ 👍

How to Make Spring Roll with Shrimp and Pork. Remember, it's very important that you do not overcook the vegetables. Quick stir-fry for the vegetables over high heat is essential to maintain crunchy texture. The spring roll is jumbo size, it take about 5 bit bites to finish. Normally, a spring roll takes 3 bites to finish. If you are making smaller size spring rolls, 1 1/2 tbsp of filling and 1 sheet of wrapper is all you need.

also to add to my first commet there is much easier ways to make egg rolls than that, that also taste a lot better and presented a lot nicer. this is ok but to be honest this isn't very great because us asian people make it a certain way that makes it taste amazing and thats why we call it egg rolls because it involves egg to stick the egg sheets together thats why its called eggroll and you shouldn't try to correct me either because i make asian cuisine or vietemese to be a bit more specific
