This pork chop recipe is so quick and easy to mke, but full of flavor!! Only a few ingredients and it's ready in under 20 minutes - makes for a quick, delicious meal. Enjoy :)

Ivo’s Pork Chops with Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients
• 2 pork chops
• Corn starch (enough to lightly coat both sides of pork chops)
• 5 - 6 TBSP extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) (enough to coat bottom of frying pan)
• 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 3 TBSP butter
• ¼ cup lemon juice (i.e., juice from 1 lemon)
• 3 - 4 TBSP soya sauce
• 1 - 2 TBSP balsamic glaze
• Salt to taste
Process
• Coat both sides of pork chops with corn starch, salt them to taste.
• In a frying pan, add the EVOO.
• Add pork chops and cook for 3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside
• In the same frying pan, lower the heat to medium/low, and add the butter, stir until it is melted.
• Add the garlic, cook 30 - 60 seconds.
• Add the lemon juice, soya sauce and balsamic glaze - stir to combine and cook 2 minutes
• Add the pork chops back into the pan and continue to cook on Medium/low for another 3 minutes per side, or, until the internal temp reaches at least a minimum of 145 degrees F.
• Remove, serve, and enjoy 😊
