I just cooked my favorite Pork Chops, Pesto Pork Chops. You can use the cheap stuff in a jar. I recommend Barilla. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Then On the grill or the pan.

A real italian summer salid (Sicilian) 4 navel oranges ..cut bit size 1 lemon pealed ,,,bit size Olive oil...1 tbsp 3 garlic ,,,crushed 1\2 handfull flat leaf italian parsley,,cut up Dry red chilli peppers to taste 1 scallion chopped up Salt black pepper to taste
