PORK MENUDO INGREDIENTS:
1 medium-sized red onion, chopped
1 garlic head, minced
10 pcs cherry tomatoes, seeds removed
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 large-sized potatoes
2 medium-sized carrots
3 pcs red and green bell pepper
3 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp soy sauce
70g green peas
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/3 cup shredded cheese (optional)
For marinating the pork:
5 pcs kalamansi
Red onion, sliced
Garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 kg pork
(Marinate for 30 minutes)
For marinating the liver:
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt
1/4 kg pork liver
(Marinate for 30 minutes)
