Used the cooking method and they were DELICIOUS! I had to cover and leave mine on for a little longer after the BBQ sauce for the ribs to get to 190 degrees, but they were delicious. I’ve put another rack on the smoker!

Do you spritz at all? If you do, how often?

You can spritz it every hour up until they are wrapped.

What do you do with that big hunk of meat that you trimmed off the one end? I would think that there is something that you could do with that large of a piece of meat.

Great question. We actually just seasoned it up and threw it on the smoker and had it for a snack. There are plenty of options you can use it for. You can always use it for sausage grinding a as well.

@@PigAndBeef I had the same question and seasoned and smoked with the rest just as you said. It was a nice snack. I did my rack yesterday following your video and man those were some tasty ribs. I almost got around to making crackling with the cut fat. Maybe next time. Thx much!
