@@mcmvlog999 Well, it will feel old because it's an old car that is nearly 40 years old. The Macan S is a modern luxury SUV with comfort and sportiness so not comparable to this 911. You have to appreciate this 911 for what it is, which is an old, raw race car for the road and track. You'll appreciate it more if you take it on track and then it will make more sense as to what it stands for.

Since you asked for corrections 😉... Although flat six is an often uses term for this type of engine it is technically incorrect. This is a boxer six. The main difference is the crankshaft. This would be the top view of both engines, with the numbers being the pistons and the crankshaft in the middle: 1 | 2 1 | 2 3 | 4 3 | 4 5 | 6 5 | 6 (flat 6) (boxer 6) A flat six is basically a 180° V6, with the opposing pistons moving in the same direction, making the engine unbalanced. In a boxer the opposing pistons move alternately from and towards each other, cancelling out each others movements thus naturally balancing the engine. Small mistake, big difference

My father had a small business buying and selling air cooled 911s when I was in middle school. Hearing the sound of that boxer six shifting through the gears again just awoke some lovely childhood memories getting driven to school in many of these cars. This rebuild is just pure awesomeness to me haha.

One great tip that ENDLESS-BRAKES gave to cure noisy(pads) brakes ,is to lightly sand down the discs(remove the layer of old dust) and to vigorously rub the two pads against each other for a few seconds and reinstall.(It works..!!!)

Lol,that semi truck could very well have had a tune done. I have a gear head friend that does cross country driving in his peterbuilt and he's had ALOT of motor work done, multiple tunes, and it's absolutely amazing to ride in.Its a freaking semi but when driving around without pulling a trailer he can easily get on the throttle and push you back in your seat,very cool experience to be in such a huge truck that can actually pull your head back to the seat! Really digging your videos!

This is great but wait until you get a load of the Tuthill 911K by UK Porsche specialist, Richard Tuthill..!!! Early 1970’s, 4ltr ,350hp, 840kg. But get this.. This classic road race car revs all the way to 11000rpm!! Go watch Chris Harris putting this little beast through a workout!! If you have petrol running through ur veins then yu are in for a real treat!! Absolutely sublime :)))
