Porsche 911 Sport Classic Production in Germany

see in this video how the new 2022 Porsche 911 (992) Sport Classic is made in Zuffenhausen, Germany.
A total of 1,250 examples of the limited-edition model by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur will revive the style of the 1960s and early 1970s.
The powertrain concept is equally unique: the 3.7-litre, twin-turbo flat-six engine transmits its 405 kW (550 PS) to the road via the rear wheels only. In combination with the seven-speed manual gearbox, the new 911 Sport Classic is the most powerful manual 911 available today.

Yes and no. The 992 and the Taycan are built in the same Body Shop Building, but dont drive on the same line. The 718 has a Body Shop Building for its own. Then 992 and 718 meet in the Paint Shop Building. And drive together through the Assembly Line until their finished. After the body shop building, the taycan goes through its own paint shop building and final assembly.

Brand loyalty, champ. Buy something regularly from a brand, and receive benefits. For most people it's a free coffee, for some, it's upgrades on their airfare, and for even less, it's having access to buy expensive limited edition products, like this car. A regular customer could buy the Sport Classic IF Porsche premium customers didn't want to buy them, but premium customers do want them. A regular customers can become premium customers if they buy more Porsches, showing brand loyalty. Sadly, most people don't have enough money to show loyalty to a brand like Porsche. Now, when some of these Sport Classics come on to the secondary market, and they will, regular customers can choose to buy one. It's really not hard to get your head around! And no, it's not like going to a normal restaurant. It's more like being a member of a members-only private club where only members can frequent. As the marketing slogan once said, "Membership has its privileges." I'm really not sure what you are moaning about, it's part of our consumer-based capitalist society. Yes, I agree, you are totally stupid and you're right, no need to discuss your stupidity.

I have Porsche cars and I did ask my sales guy to order custom Porsche Classic. He said "No way, don't even think about that, but if you wanna buy the same car for the extra $150,000 we can sell you right away" That's totally stupid man. I am ok if they are like Ferrari, when you can sell brand car after a year, actually I love that. If Porsche have the rule, you can't sell GT3 RS for 2 years or classic for 2 years, than I am fine. What they are doing now is giving limited cars to a friends, and I will repeat to friends that can make $150,000 doing freaking nothing. That's not stupid, it's a Scam. But what they know *Porsche head guys, when they were gambling up with Volkswagen (read about stock options and that stupidity) and after that they lost the company ! What they are doing now is not supporting people they have love for the brand, they support scammers. Nothing against the brand that I love, just right now they have wrong people at the top. Please try to understand that.
