Porsche 914 Bosch D-Jet Wiring Overview

Just a quick overview of the Electrical system of the Bosch D-Jetronic system for 1.7 and 2.0 Porsche 914s

I need to bench test my 914 2.0 engine. What needs to be connected to relay connector to bench test? Thanks

It may be tough to do out of the car without a dedicated test rig. The only car connections are at the relay board for injectors and the charge/start harness.

So only a single 4 or 5 pin connector to the relay board for power I would imagine. The rest is controlled by the mechanical triggering the injectors@@barefootgaragejax9252

Hey man I have a 914 also located in Florida. Do you ever have time for side work. Need some help with the ignition at the key.. I believe the solinoid with the 4 wires that go into the harness are bad.
