How interesting. The US runs double standards the world should remember Bhopal and Union Carbide. 3,500 people died, 25,000 were seriously injured and over 102,000 lives were affected. After years of negotiation the compensation was $ 470M and the US refused to allow US citizens to be extradited to India to face charges (a practice they continue today yet expect people to be extradited to the US to face their charges). BP the British company that was involved in Deep Water Horizon where 11 people died and southern & gulf coastlines were polluted has paid out over $ 65BN in compensation. Double standards you bet.

Well...the US committed a genocide against over 1 million innocent Iraqi civilians...not to forget Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, or its removal of the democratically elected Mossadegh, Allende, Lumumba...and that's just the tip of the iceberg of US white supremacist crimes.

First, Uyghur people were forced to pick cotton and produce Nike shoes. After a year, Uyghur people are forced to manufacture solar panels. Now, Uyghur people are forced to manufacture parts for Porsche, Bentley, and Audi. So, Months later, Uyghur people may be forced to manufacture rockets and spaceships!

@@skyfly200 are they being force to work or it’s voluntary ? I thought we are talking about force labor? Have you been in prison in California or anywhere else? Because I have. I did a stretch in Corcoran and Ironwood, I remembered no prisoner were forced to do manual labor or work. It’s a work program like any prison programs like G.E.D, computer class, college course, woodworking, metal working classes. It’s by choice not by force. You get pay, but not much. I remembered it’s was like $1.15 an hours. Not everyone can get in these work program. You cannot be affiliated with prison gang, locked up for at least 3 years and not have a strike against you. I’m not asking out of ignorant. I’m asking because I was locked up in California and Texas and nowhere prisoner was force to do manual labor. The only prison that I know they kinda force prisoner to work is Louisiana penal colony, but that state is backward anyway.

All the charges are trumped up. This is the US attacking VW for investing in China. By US definition anything make in Xinjiang is made with forced labor, with zero evidence of forced labor needed to impound the cars. This might have even been a setup. That the CIA could have paid someone to sell these parts to VW, and then waited until they were built into 1000's of cars before they were impounded when shipped to the US. How else would US customs know that that part was made in Xinjiang. The point of this is that the US can do this with a different part for cars made by VW anywhere in the world. A fake company in China set up by the CIA could sell a part to a US based VW assembly plant. That part can be built into 10,000 cars and the US could impound the cars assembled in the US. It's a powerful weapon. This might even be used against US car makers.

Why would you think people would be sent to jail if they are Muslim in China? China has approximately 26 to 30 million Muslims. Many of them in very high level positions in society. Why do you think the Western media hide that from you? When I say high level positions, I'm including in government positions. Did you know that one of the previous vice premiers (ie, deputy prime minister) in China was a Muslim? Why do you think the Western media hide that from you? Did you know that Uyghurs are EXTREMELY popular in China? If you don't believe me, go to China and see for yourself. In fact, the previous queen of Chinese TV is a Uyghur Muslim. Her name is Dilraba Dilmurat. She is absolutely huge in China, and loved by 1.4 billion Chinese. But she's not the only one. There are countless famous Uyghur celebrities in China including one of the VERY TOP TV hosts who co-hosts the biggest TV show on earth (according to the Guinness World Records). The US has done thorough research and investigating on this Chinese forced labor, it's not just a guess or whim. VW needs to stop the nonsense and atop breaking the laws, and do better.

I doubt it was carefully investigated. They probably just read a newspaper article and believed it.

Where's the credible youtube video that proves this ?? If this propaganda was really true the Wiejers themselves would have taken footage and smuggled it our through Turkmenistan. And what about Turkey? I don't here them constantly banging on about this 'forced labour' And I'm sure they would have got access to these things. Its is all just more geo political propaganda. Back the 70's and 80's same stuff was constantly pumped out about 'dicators' in Africa that were't American clients.
