Porsche Boxster Spyder & 718 GT4

I really like the GT4. For me its 95% of what I'd want but from what I read about the gearing, it wouldn't suit as a daily driver which is what I'm looking for.

There will be a PDK offered soonish I understand, makes for everyday use. Our previous GT4 was eminently useable in London with a minor reservation about having to change gear the whole time. Original version not offered with a dual clutch system.

@@SS8000cars Ahh ok that's different from what I've read online. I saw people complain about the heavy clutch, long gearing and low front splitter when using it as a daily driver.

@@Harpreet06 I tried the clutch and it seemed OK but then again I have not driven the car yet.

Love then both Ian. Go on you know you want to. Manual oh ! yes. Spyder for me all day long. Are the production volumes limited

Not as far as I know Keith. Though limited time in manufacture will have an effect on eventual numbers. Yes really like both but Spyder would be my choice as well. Tempting!

Quite like the idea of no motors adding extra weight Tony. Especially now the car has the GT4 suspension.
